Rebecca Swinn

Becky manages the Innovative Farmers programme, working closely with farmers, advisors, researchers and industry bodies on the development of field labs and advocates for more farmer-centric R&D. She manages the grant scheme, assists with development of field labs and creates opportunities to showcase and discuss the innovative practices trialled in field labs. Before this, Becky worked in organic certification, environmental reporting for a water company and in social housing on holiday hunger and food waste programmes. She has an MSc in Environment and Development with a focus on global and local food systems and life-cycle analysis in the cut flower supply chain.
