Academically a natural scientist, Joey’s prior roles include senior policy positions at the House of Commons, Organic Research Centre, and Welsh Government. He is committed to promoting citizen science & wider engagement, and involved with grassroots orchard & forestry groups across Wales. So no surprise that he’s currently experimenting with a circular mycorrhizal feeding system using high salicylic ramial willow mulches on two new pear orchards.
