Helen has a keen interest in nutrition and utilising her local natural assets, coming from a family of dairy and beef farmers, and a previous career as a research scientist in nutritional biochemistry. It’s her mission to look after the land for the next generation and having planted a woodland 9 years ago, without any advice on long term maintenance, the farm has found a balance including grazing and shelter for Shropshire Sheep, and boosting biodiversity.
