David manages 20 hectares of farm woodland in North Wales with partner Ruth Pybus. Still in conversion from plantation to continuous cover forestry, the hardwood thinning’s are already producing about 5 tonnes of planked timber, 1000 fence posts and 50 tonnes of firewood a year.
