Camping Booking

• Camping can be booked via the ticket page at the time of booking.

• Camping tickets are £35 (plus vat) per pitch for a tent and £75 (plus Vat) for a campervan vehicle pass. This covers stays from Tuesday 9th to Friday 12th September.

• The campsite is managed separate to The Agroforestry Show by Woodoaks Farm

• Campsite bookings are non-refundable

 

Campsite Opening hours

• Camp site opens 4pm Tuesday 9th September

• Camp site closes 11am Friday 12th September

 

Campsite Rules

• Please leave 6 meters between tents or units and try to keep tents all on one side of the field close to hedge

• Please don’t use BBQs, gas powered lamps, fire pits in the camping field.

• Please do not move your vehicles between 7.30 am and 8.00pm at night on Wednesday and Thursday. If you need to be back later, please leave the car in the car park. Access will be restricted during Weds evening

• Respect other campsite users and please be quiet after 10pm

 

Facilities

• 24-hour security, toilets and showers are provided

• There are no facilities for emptying your own chemical toilets.

• There is no power supply or electric hook ups.

• There is water supply at standpipes so you will need a water carrier

• The campsite is a grass field adjacent to the show. It has been kept free of livestock for 6 weeks

• There will be catering available from 7.30am.
